Thank you for shopping at Warrior Beard Care. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be sealed, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. In order to request for a refund, please email at info@warriorbeardcare.com. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging. Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit as soon as possible after refund request has been approved; please note that the timeline may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.


We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to complete an exchange notify us at info@warriorbeardcare.com. We will advise you on how to proceed with an exchange.

Shipping : RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Only the value of the return item will be credited back.

Shipping : EXCHANGES

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will then cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
